Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 ounces caramel dipping sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon yellow curry to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder to taste
- 1 teaspoon onion powder to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (fine) to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Rinse seeds in a strainer and remove any excess pulp. Then pat dry on a large towel.
- Melt butter and caramel together in a small sauce pan or double boiler.
- In a large bowl add seeds and pour over melted butter and caramel sauce. Mix well. Then add all of the seasonings to taste and mix well. The above amounts of spices are merely a suggestion.
- Pour seeds and spread evenly onto a baking pan and bake for 40 minutes stirring seeds every 10 minutes. During the last 10 minutes sample the seeds. You can add extra spices and salt during this time to perfect them.
- Oven times vary depending on the oven. Be careful during the last 10 minutes because the seeds will burn fast.
